FERMATA respects the intellectual property of others and requires its users to do the same. In accordance with the DMCA, we will respond to notices of alleged infringement.

Notice of Infringement: If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the URL).

4. Your contact information (address, phone number, and email).

5. A statement of "good faith belief" that the use is not authorized.

6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate.

Repeat Infringer Policy: FERMATA reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
